GROWING A SAFER, STRONGER FUTURE FOR GIRLS ✦ HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA
A brighter future starts with her

Her safety.
Her voice.
Her future.

Every girl deserves the confidence to speak up, the skills to recognize unsafe situations, and a community that stands beside her.

ROOTED IN EMPOWERMENT. BUILT FOR HAMPTON ROADS.

Our why

Safety is a skill.
Confidence is the foundation.

A girl who knows her worth deserves a world that respects it.

The Girls Safety Initiative is being developed to help girls build confidence, recognize unhealthy situations, understand boundaries, and ask for support—without shame or fear.

Growing from Royalty Brand Athletics' commitment to youth empowerment and the founder's background in victim services, the initiative brings safety education, mentorship, and community connection into one supportive space.

Our focus is girls and families across Hampton Roads, with Hampton as our home base. No cheerleading experience is needed to express interest.

BUILDING OUR FIRST CHAPTER
Skills she can carry into life

Small lessons.
Powerful possibilities.

Explore our planned learning areas. Program formats, age groups, dates, and registration details will be shared as they are confirmed.

Trust her instincts.
Build her support system.

Practical, age-appropriate conversations that help girls notice concerns, set boundaries, and identify trusted support.

PLANNED LEARNING AREA
01 / START THE CONVERSATION

“You can always come to me.”

Make room for questions. Listen before reacting. Keep the door open.

02 / BUILD HER CIRCLE

Support should never be a guessing game.

Talk together about the trusted adults she can turn to when she needs help.

03 / PRACTICE HER VOICE

Her boundaries deserve respect.

Give her space to express preferences, ask questions, and speak up.

For parents & caregivers

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Supporting a girl means making space for the conversations that aren't always easy: friendships, boundaries, online experiences, and asking for help.

We are developing parent education and conversation tools alongside our youth programming, so learning can continue at home.

Tell us what your family needs. Your questions can help shape our first workshops and resources.
